Only what it takes to deliver your order.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email. Your order history with us. Basic technical data such as the pages viewed and the type of device.
Why we collect it
To deliver your order, tell you where it is, handle a return or exchange, and answer you when you message us. Nothing else.
Who sees it
The courier gets your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel. The payment gateway handles online payments; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Messages from us
We message you about your order on WhatsApp, SMS or email. We do not send offers unless you have asked for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember your bag and keep you signed in. Saved prints and recently viewed items stay in your own browser.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else is removed when you ask.
Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or delete your details by WhatsApp or email. We act on it within a working week.
