Who you are buying from

This store is run by DEEVA COLLECTIONS/DEEVA SELECTION, GSTIN 27CRYPB9164R1ZJ. We sell to retail customers in India only. There is no wholesale or trade pricing.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Shipping is free. Payment options are shown at checkout; cash on delivery is available on every order. A GST invoice comes with every order.

Products

Nightwear is free size unless the page says otherwise; the fit figure is on each product page. Fabric is sold by the piece, in the length and width stated on its page, and is not cut to order. Prints can vary a little from piece to piece, and colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil, or a cash order we cannot confirm by phone or WhatsApp; anything already paid is refunded in full.

Complaints

Message us first; most things are solved the same day. If you are not satisfied, write to our grievance officer using the seller details below. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
